ALL orders placed are FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
YTS Hair Co is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a tracking number immediately upon placing an order. Tracking numbers are issued between 24-48 hours after the complete processing time. Once you are issued a tracking number stating that your package has been received from us by the post office, YTS Hair Co is no longer responsible for your package, at that point it is solely your responsibility. YTS Hair Co is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather changes. Please allow 24-48 hours for the post office to update all tracking information. All issues regarding lost or stolen packages must be taken up with your local United States Post Office.
All orders where our merchant cannot verify your shipping and billing address will be canceled and refunded to prevent fraudulent activity, because of our merchant having to verify your shipping and billing address they must match and unfortunately we can not ship to po boxes.
